A subcontract package for groundworks and reinforced concrete construction associated with this three storey building extension. The works covered:
- excavations
- drainage
- ground beams
- pile caps
- reinforced concrete
Works included a 6m deep sheet piled excavation in existing live car park for the construction of RC fire escape stairs and retaining walls. External operations involved kerbing, slabbing and general landscaping.
